Enjoying stunning scenery while on horseback is a delight that is available to everyone. All you have to do is tell us the day and time and we will take you to enjoy some of the beautiful natural scenery that lies just a few kilometers outside of Seville.
You will discover the world-famous Andalusian horse breed, suitable to ride for people and children without any experience. The ranch is run by a nice team and you will have the chance to discover life in rural Southern Spain.
This activity is very sought after by everybody and perfectly suitable for children.

- Schedule: Monday to Sunday at 10 am, in the afternoon starting from 3 pm (depending on the season)

This was a once-in-a-lifetime experience. If you pass on it, I feel bad for you. I cantered on a beautiful horse with my husband and owner of the stable, Dani, through the majestic olive grows and wheat fields that extended as far as the eye could see. I truly cannot put words to how great it was. Dani was so welcoming. He was also an HONEST TO GOD HORSE WHISPERER—the “Caesar Milan of horses,” as my husband observed. Even better, I am an experienced rider and had so much freedom to canter and gallop. My husband, however, is a beginner and he felt so comfortable and confident on the horse, thanks to Dani’s guidance. Do yourself a favor and do this.

Had a great time with Pepe on the horses. Prior to this experience I had never even been near a horse but after 20 minutes I felt fairly confident riding one. The horses were well trained and the location was beautiful. The company was brilliant too ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic experience to go riding horses! It was my first time riding with horses and I felt safe, easy and fun 🙂 You can walk with your horses in a Olive Tree and Sunflower fields and it’s truely peaceful. Lucia was very friendly and easy to talk to as well!

Danny was wonderful, the animals were all incredibly well behaved, and it truly felt like a once in a lifetime experience. As a beginner I was nervous to ride, but I felt very safe the entire time and had an incredible time.

This is not a boring tail to nose trail ride. The horses are happy with their own personalities. Not over-ridden like a lot of trail horses at touristy places. Highly recommend.

I had an amazing time on this trip. Dani picked me up and brought me to the picturesque stable. I received an incredible 2 hour tour from 2 of the riders. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to be around. The horses and landscape were both gorgeous. I would 100% recommend riding with Dani if you have time in Seville.

If you are in Seville and get the chance to do this experience, do it! You will NOT be disappointed! Dani’s farm is amazing and the horses are amazing, too. From pick-up in Seville to the ride itself to dropping you back off in Seville, Dani and his team make sure you are comfortable and taken care of. The ride itself is gorgeous—through orange and olive groves and truly a beautiful view of the Spanish countryside! This was a memory we will never forget and it was great to get away from city life for a bit and enjoy the beautiful country!

What an amazing experience for me and my girls. To be able to be present at Dani’s home, and feel so comfortable in such a short period of time. His passion for what he does emanates from his smile, and his dedication in his craft. My lack of skill and my daughters experience balanced with the other women on the tour that used to ride all the time. We all had plenty of chance to enjoy a ride at our pace and comfort level. Bonus was riding between the olive groves, picking fresh oranges on the wild trees, and watching the parachuters as we rode. The day was perfect, and my girls got an extra bonus of cantering with Dani after the trail ride in the arena! Thank you again for an amazing time.

From the moment we were picked up at our hotel we had a smooth and amazing experience. Meeting Dani was like getting together with an old friend. He has great horses and it felt more like we got together to ride our own horses. My 11 year old daughter was looking forward to this activity and would had easily stayed with the horses for the whole trip. Definitely a must do activity that will get you and your family acquainted with something as historic as the city, its horses. My next time in Seville this will be a must repeat activity.

A truly memorable experience for my family on our holiday in Seville. Will definitely be a highlight for my two children. Dan, the owner, was our guide for the afternoon. He was kind, caring, a great teacher but most of all very patient with me as I was the novice rider in my family and was incredibly nervous. I would have easily stayed behind and let my husband and kids go for the ride, but Dan convinced me to give it a go (in a calm non pushy way) and I’m so glad I did. Great experience for all the family and so nice to have a memory like this which is different to your normal tourist activity. A perfect way to spend an afternoon. My son and I are novice riders and were given horses to suit our inexperience. We started by practicing around a school and then ventured out into the countryside through olive groves and orange orchards.
This was an ideal introduction to horse riding with professional people who looked after us very well.
I was expecting to be in a big group but it was actually just the two of us with the riding instructor. This made it very personal to us and we were able to chat with the instructor throughout the whole ride. Both the pick up driver and riding instructor spoke excellent English. I would very much recommend this experience.

I would highly recommend the horse riding tour for anyone looking for something off the tourist track. Everything was perfectly arranged from the booking, the pickup and drive to the farm and the actual ride itself. Dani, the owner, was my guide and super knowledgeable, helpful and fun. Exploring the countryside around Seville on horseback was a great experience with the trail going through orchards of olive and orange trees and farmland. The horses are beautiful, well trained and great to ride. All in all, a perfect outing!

My girlfriend and I signed up to do a hack here while we had a very short stay in Seville. My girlfriend has lots of riding and horse experience, I had no experience really but it made no difference. The staff were superb at showing me the basics, we began with riding in a circle round a school just learning to slow down , go left and right etc. Then went out a long hack in the countryside , the weather was great, the sunflower fields were beautiful and just all in, a amazing experience. The group all stayed at the same pace except for 5 minutes the owner took the experienced people for a canter (went fast for non horsey ppl). The owner brought his dogs out with us and they had a great time too, also lots of cats at the stables that are really nice . The horses were very well looked after or so I was told from my girlfriend that is a trainee vet/horsey person , we were especially impressed when the owner emailed us to ask if we minded changing when we were riding as it was too warm for the horses. The place took great pride in the horses and their set up, a brilliant hack was complete when we got a cold beer back at the stables. There was a pick up and drop off service that was provided at no extra cost which was brilliant as it got us straight from the hotel which was really convenient and saved a head ache .Superb experience and would deffoes go back and would recommend it to anyone.

My partner is an experienced horse rider and was dying to go for a ride in Seville. We came across not just a tourist horse riding tour in Seville and booked it the night before which was great. Carmen arrived right on time at our hotel to pick us up and drive us to the tour. She spoke beautifully fluent english and was very accommodating and funny. We learnt about all the different horses they had there, and enjoyed seeing all the little kittens they had there as well. The horses looked healthy and they seemed happy to have us ride them for the tour. We had a wonderful time riding through the gorgeous olive groves and lovely country side. We would come back to ride here again if we visit Seville again.

Our experience was fantastic overall. We were able to book the horse riding tour very last minute (the prior afternoon) because the agent from Not Just a Tourist was super responsive. The next morning, a friendly driver picked us up at the hotel & took us to a stable in a rural town near Seville. The horses there are gorgeous and well trained — these are not your ordinary trail horses!! (Many of them are pure or part Andalusian, with beautiful arched necks and long manes). The trail ride took us through olive & orange groves with flowers and butterflies everywhere, and our guides from the stable gave us interesting info about the local plants and culture. It was a perfect way to spend the morning away from the busy streets of Seville and do something that we wouldn’t otherwise be able to do as normal tourists. I would highly recommend this tour for anyone who likes to ride or experience a bit of the Spanish countryside in a unique way.

My boyfriend and I took a small 4 day long-weekend to Seville in February for my birthday, and we wanted to see if we could find a horse-riding ranch, suited to all horse-riding levels (I was intermediate/advanced, by boyfriend a little less so). We made the booking online, and we were set – you can go in a group, but actually seeing as it was February, there was no one else who had booked on the day, so it ended up being a private tour for just me and my boyfriend. If I went back again, I would definitely recommend getting a private tour instead of a group – you get so much more out of the time!
The day of the horse-riding outing, we were picked up by the most lovely Enrique, who drove us a very short 20 minute car-ride out of the city to the ranch – even on the way there we learnt so much about Sevilla, the people, the history…..it was fantastic. When we arrived at the ranch, we were greeted by David who owns the ranch. He was so friendly, we felt like we had known him before – he showed us all the beautiful Andalucian horses, and then we were off. We were taken on a dream, through the olive trees, in the middle of the beautiful Sevilla country side…..we galloped through the grass, talked, and had 3 hours of bliss! I didn’t want it to end. I had been horse-riding in Australia before this in the wild, but really this experience was up there with the best horse riding I have ever experienced. The horses are beautiful, and the people at the ranch even more so.
100% recommend anyone wanting an affordable and beautiful experience!!! We hope to be back very soon – thank you once again for a great trip!

Had a really great time on the horse riding experience. I’d never been on a horse before and my friend hadn’t since he was a child. Our guide Carmen gave clear instructions in English and was also good company. The stables were about a 30 minute drive from Triana, the ride itself takes you through olive and olive tree orchards. On the negative side we both got pretty badly bitten by mosquitoes so take some insect repellent and then it will be perfect!

Highly recommend this horseback riding experience with Not Just A Tourist. First my friend and I were greeted by friendly guide, Carmen, at our hotel pick up. When we arrived at the stables we were impressed how clean they were and how healthy and fit all the horses are. We rode 2 hours in a magical olive grove. Our guide Carmen made this adventure for us with her knowledge of the beautiful horses we rode. We appreciated her fluent English as we unfortunately are not good in Spanish. Both my friend and I were a little rusty getting on a horse again and felt in safe hands with our guides professionalism. Got some handy riding tips too. Truely a memorable Spanish horse experience.

We went horse riding in Seville with Mahsa beginning of June. It was very easy to book and reach, after just a phone call, we were picked up and dropped to the horse riding ranch. The area was beautiful with olive farms and a lovely trail that was private and felt safe for inexperienced riders. Mahsa was very patient and had a wealth of knowledge for us and I wish we had met her on day 1 of our trip instead of day 3 as she gave us lots of tips on other things to do!

My husband and I had 3 days recently to spend in Seville, and one of the things we wanted to do was to ride horses for a couple of hours, as we hadn’t ridden in years. After quite a few dead ends for one reason or another, I finally found Not Just a Tourist, and they organized a brilliant, two-hour ride through endless hectares of olive groves. A very lively and charming young lady, Carmen, picked us up at our hotel, and 20 minutes later we were at the stable and introduced to our horses who were already saddled and ready to go. The horses that were chosen for us fit our abilities perfectly, and we had a fabulous time riding with Carmen. From the moment I contacted NJAT, everything was beautifully coordinated. If we ever go back to Seville, I will definitely be calling them.

I booked last minute for the horseback-riding tour, and I had some technical trouble while making the actual booking. But Laureline was so friendly and helpful and took care of everything for me! The tour itself was wonderful – Gonzalo was a great guide, and the horses were well-trained and well cared for. Riding through the Andalusian countryside was one of the highlights of my trip, and a memory I will have forever. I would highly recommend this trip, and Not Just a Tourist in general, to anyone visiting Seville!
