Our guide, Juanjo, was very punctual and took great care of us as my wife had some mobility problems. The tour was very informative and a great way to start our visit in Seville. Later we went to Alhambra in Granada and this private visit to Alcazar helped us a lot to understand Alhambra better. I would suggest taking this tour at the beginning of your stay for some deep insight into the Islamic and Christian culture.

Great history lesson from Cecelia on the build and rebuild of the Place, or many Palaces as it turns out. The change in rulers brought each owns take on the architecture of the day.
The Cathedral of Seville also known as The Cathedral of Saint Mary of the See, is the largest gothic cathedral in the world and the 3rd largest cathedral in the world. It took over a hundred years to build on top the former Mosque. It houses the remains of Christopher Columbus and many other prominent Spanish saints, travellers and dignitaries. Very difficult to get photos that depict the sheer scale and drama.
Very enjoyable to get an inside understanding of the historical importance of these two places.

Make sure to climb the bell tower of Giralda for some amazing views over Seville. It is very easy since it has a wide ramp. Mahsa suggested for us to visit Alcazar later so that we can spend some time on our own in the beautiful garden too. We took a book and after finishing our tour spent some time in the garden. It was the most beautiful experience in our entire trip.
